It's been a looong while since posting any type of update and we've been holding off on this one here!

📣 Ambient Events will be taking a break from providing services to the Gisborne region, until further notice.

📣 We have recently moved rural and this plays a huge factor in the way we deliver our services. Unfortunately, until we figure out the logistics around this, we will not be taking on any more bookings.

📣 We hope to resume business as usual as soon as we can. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

🚨🚨 You might not recognize us at first glance because of our new name and look!
Formerly known as XR Decorations, will now go by the name Ambient Events. 🚨🚨

The name change is a part of our business evolving and we've committed to catering to adults events too, it just made sense!

With that being said we've got a couple new backdrop stands heading our way and we can't wait to share these with you 😁

We will also be ready very shortly to offer custom signage and balloon messages!

Keep an eye out for our Balloon and Backdrop Menus to come before 2022 is out whanau. This way you'll get a better idea of we we can provide and the cost of the service.

Although we are still the new kids on the block in terms of Event Decorating in Gizzy, we are definitely building our hireage stock. Here are what we have available for our tamariki based on the requests we've had so far!

We're changing things up a little based on some of the struggles we've come across. Part of the changes are that all NEW theme requests will be considered a custom service and we require a minimum of 8 weeks once booked, to ensure we can pull off each request that comes in! We've been seeing a restriction in accessing decorations when having limited timeframes. Anyone wanting to book with less than 8 weeks notice can still choose from any of the available themes below.

While our kids themes were our original focus, we are still building our adults services and will be working on a backdrop and balloon menu to help you all book more specific set ups. Stay tuned for those updates!
