With over thirty years of experience, he has made significant contributions to preserving and developing traditional magic, founding the Tianjin Magic Culture Art Center and training numerous magicians. Guo has received multiple accolades, including the 2024 International Merlin Award for Special Contribution to Traditional Chinese Magic.
🇨🇳Wang Jinqiang, born in Tianjin, is a post-80s magician and a sixth-generation inheritor of the "Tianjin Magic" intangible cultural heritage, having studied under Guo Yuwen since 2003. Specializing in ancient Chinese magic, Wang's performances uniquely blend Northern and Southern Chinese magic techniques, earning him numerous national awards and appearances at prestigious events. He is committed to preserving and innovating ancient Chinese magic, notably reviving the lost Northern Chinese trick "San Cuo."
🇨🇳Jing Lina is the head of the Social and Cultural Department at Hongqiao District Cultural Center in Tianjin and a sixth-generation inheritor of Tianjin's ancient magic tricks. She has received numerous awards for her work in opera, pop music, and magic, with notable performances at international events such as the European Magic Conference. Despite starting magic later, her unique stage style and innovative prop designs have made her a standout performer, dedicated to preserving and promoting Chinese cultural heritage.
🇨🇳Yang Xiaolei, a young magician with the Tianjin Acrobatic Troupe, is a sixth-generation inheritor of Tianjin's ancient magic and the vice-chairman of the Tianjin Acrobats Association. He has won numerous prestigious awards, including the youth gold award at the 82nd IBM World Magic Competition, and became the first Chinese magician to perform at Hollywood's Magic Castle. Known for blending traditional magic with modern elements, Yang's innovative acts, like "Lost Love," have made him a leading talent in the field, contributing significantly to the development of Chinese magic.
🇨🇳Wu Jiahe, born in 2004 in Qingdao, is a young magician who began studying magic in 2019 under Guo Yuwen and has quickly become a prominent figure in ancient Chinese magic. She has won several awards, including the "Yulong Baixi Cup" National Quyi Talent TV Show in 2020 and the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Award in 2024. Wu is dedicated to preserving and innovating traditional Chinese culture, blending Eastern mysticism with modern techniques in her performances.
