The Moorings Restaurant now has Farm Fresh South Milk on tap. Refillable glass bottles so no more plastic! Its healthier and tastes amazing.
We are open 7 days a week from 7.30am - 9pm.

Moorings Restaurant and wine bar are the signature venues at the Heritage Collection Lake Resort Cromwell, located just outside of Cromwell town at Pisa Moorings. The wine bar and cafe is open daily from 8am til late, offering a la carte breakfast , lunch, dinner and bar snacks. An extensive wine list and beers on tap are also available. The cafe is child friendly and has a children's menu for those 12 years and under. Coffee and bakery specials are offered daily. The Moorings Restaurant is open for dinner each evening from 5pm and is also the function venue for your events.

At Heritage Collection Lake Resort, we pride ourselves on our values and aim for a high level of service that will exceed the expectations of our guests.
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team.
You must be flexible with hours, as hours are on a rostered basis across Monday to Sunday, including morning shifts, afternoon shifts and evening shifts.
Availability in the weekends, on public holidays and during Summer holidays is a must.

If you have passion and dedication with a drive to learn and grow within a kitchen environment this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General dishwashing duties
Food preparation
Opportunity for the right applicant to prepare desserts and pizzas
Ensuring all food is stored and handled as per current food health and hygiene regulations

Experience in a hotel environment and/or similar role will be highly regarded

Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment is essential

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
