Happy 2025 💕 NBC is softly breaking back into it with just a nice amount of bookings while the kid’s are still on holidays….I’ve had a little time up my sleeve this morning so did some test baking… YES my CROWD FAVOURITE /brioche is back on the menu for a MT/AT option.
I also tried a raspberry bun version and lemon curd… both cheif kid samplers gave them the 👍 Bookings are rolling in for 2025 if you have catering that you need for an event… #2025

Hands down the best Asparagus you can get!!! Support local Lincoln, this is just down the road and totally delicious!
A yummy salad-
BBQ your asparagus (lightly still crunchy)drizzled with oil, sea salt and black pepper.
Defrost (in warm water)but don’t cook some edamame beans(out of their shells), do the same with some baby peas, Avocado, fresh spinach and grab yourself some kewpie Asian dressing (to make it easy) throw on some crispy shallots…YUMMY!!!!
