Getting my breath back after a big weekend Catering.
I cooked for Youth Councils in Queenstown 100 delegates. It was no hardship to cook for these wonderful guys of the South Island. There was lots of life changing desisions and god moments and if me being in the kitchen helped some delegates get the answers they wanted then it was all good.

Having a really great Year Catering wise.
Lots of Jobs and big numbers. Lots of repeat customers So I must be doing something right.It is hard to believe that it has taken me 15 years to get to this stage.
After all those years of writing everything down in BOOK Books I Got a computor program to do my financial books, in April to drag my self into the 21st century. But after 4 months of trying to understand it It beat me. After working all day chasing figures around on paper, Barbara has said she will do it, Ye Hah Grandma.

This year is proving to be very Busy. I had the privilidge of catering for 2 funerals last week, for ladies of the church. Both of the ladies I had known all my life but it was great that I could take all the worry away from the families.
I catered for the Rangiora Rotary last week for their change of offices holders. 80 people and still had a little of everything left over. Catering has chanmged so much in the last 15 years. Then it was basically Saturday nights and December that I was busy but now its every day, every month and at all times of the day. This is such a great job it often does not feel like work......

I catered for my First Funeral this year. 150 people held at Rangiora. I did this with a new helper and we worked well together. No hesitation to using her again. I catered for the Deaf Club Yesterday. I had done a night School course about 20 years ago on how to sign. It came in handy in telling the guets on what the food was and i was amazed at how much I had remembered.
