The salami has vanished.
The best cheese is gone. Someone's taken all the strawberries.
And there's always one person standing in front of the platter like they're guarding it with their life.

I absolutely love catering weddings there’s just something about them that feels so special.

This one will always stay with me. A fully vegan menu for 100 guests, 500 canapés, shared mains, and beautiful desserts. Everything just flowed.

We had the most handsome bartender (my son 😉), perfect weather, and it must have been about 35 degrees so hot!

One of those days where everything comes together and you just stand back for a second and think… yeah, this is why I do it.
