At Nourish Food Company, we believe breakfast should be both nourishing and comforting. That’s why we craft our porridge blends with whole grains, real fruits, and a bucket loads of love —no shortcuts, no additives. Our porridge is perfect for events like surfing competitions, marathons, and fundraising. 6AM start? No problem! We can be there and set up at any time from 6AM, and we are available as long as needed. Nourish porridge is perfect for the winter season.

Have you tried our selection of brownies and blondies?

They’re fantastic! Did you know that 90% of our brownies are gluten-free? You can also find them at the Soulful Coffee Shop in Diamond Harbor.

This week’s flavors are:

Have you tried our hot cross bun blondie? Yes, you heard that, right 🐰🐇I'm a bit biased but they taste amazing!! I do love this weather we're having, not just because we get to sit around the fire and drink wine....but, because I get to make you full flavoured soups, slow cooked meats
and vegan hot pots!!
Today vegan soup is creamy cauliflower topped with crispy tofu, sundried tomato and pesto
And the Keto soup is topped with bacon, pesto and parmesan. We also have vegan BBQ cauliflower wings with pea smash.
Satay chicken salad which is Keto and and all of the usual suspects!!
So many options, a little bit for everyone
And if you're heading away pop in a grab a treat for the road

We've been focusing on vegan food lately. Why? Why not! 😂 But seriously, some cafes and restaurants struggle with their vegan options. Most of their choices tend to be chocolate cake, mushroom risotto, and filo pastry. I'm not a big fan of chocolate cake, but I do make it when requested. However, it's not my first choice when I think of vegan desserts.

This week, we have a delicious vegan cake made with spiced parsnip and apple, topped with ginger icing. It's moist and absolutely delightful. Okay, that’s enough of my rant—let’s move on!

**THIS WEEK'S VEGAN OPTIONS:**
- Tahini rice bubble slice (one of my favorites)
- Raspberry, rhubarb, and apple crumble
- Ginger slice (gluten-free)
- Banana and chocolate loaf
- Slow-cooked butter beans and lentil hot pot with cherry tomatoes (gluten-free)
- Tofu laksa (gluten-free)
- Vietnamese tofu larb rice paper rolls
- Mediterranean wraps

This is just a small selection of what we offer, and there is so much more! We are open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
