An evening of sparkle, sophistication… and a little Fire & Ice. 🔥❄

The Fire & Ice Bar, powered by 太紫 TAIZI (Fire) and Alpine Spas NZ (Ice), was a highlight of the Fifth Annual Chopper Gala & Charity Auction for Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue Trust

Guests were treated to an experience as striking as it was delicious, with a custom Taizi Peach Fizz cocktail that perfectly captured the spirit of the evening.

From the moment the bar opened, the combination of bold flavours, sparkling presentation, and lively energy set the tone for a night full of celebration, connection, and unforgettable memories. A true centerpiece that brought people together and left a lasting impression. 🥂✨
