On the day itself, she brought such a calm, positive energy that made everything flow so naturally. We are so lucky to have such a unique and special venue so close to Ōtautahi. You can book the whole venue for a weekend of celebrations with your nearest and dearest, being able to sleep approx 50 people on site. Your fluffy pals and join too! Still pinch myself that I get to do this gig and meet the most wonderful couples 🥹

“The first thing you will notice about Lisa is how passionate she is about celebrating love and how she genuinely wants to help make your wedding the best day possible. It was so lovely having someone there that was just as excited as we were! We were so lucky to have Lisa as part of our wedding day! From when we first met up for coffee we immediately knew that she would fit so perfectly into our day. We didn’t have a clue what we were doing and Lisa was so amazing at explaining everything from how the ceremony would go and what we needed to decide (including full examples of vows, songs, and readings that we could include) to giving suggestions for amazing vendors! She has everything so organised and not only prints out super cute vow cards for the ceremony, but also kept us at ease by even reminding us when to apply for the marriage licence.

Lisa was so incredible on the days around the wedding as well, showing up the day before over in Akaroa to go through a rehearsal with us and our families so everyone knew what to do on the day, which honestly helped so much! She even came up to see both of us before the ceremony to make sure all the nerves were in check! She then proceeded to lead the most emotional and happy ceremony we could have asked for and she did such a flawless job in making the ceremony so perfectly catered to us and how we had imagined it!

We could not recommend Lisa enough to include in your wedding day! She is the loveliest person and will do her very best to make your day as special as possible.

Social media & me… a complicated relationship 😅

Here’s the truth (not that it’s a secret) I’m terrible at social media. I overthink every word, want everything to be perfectly curated… and then just don’t post anything at all 🙃

I try to be present with the people around me and not glued to my phone 24/7, which is great for real life… not so great for business when I don’t have a website and this is the only way you see what I do 😅

BUT — if you’ve read my reviews or seen the little I have shared, I hope you can tell how much I absolutely love what I do. I adore weddings, I’m obsessed with love, and I can promise we’ll have a lot of fun together. I’m laid-back and easygoing, but also organised and professional when it counts.

I will try to post more this season… but let’s be honest, don’t hold your breath 😆

Forever grateful to all my beautiful couples who trust me with their big day. Can’t wait to kick off the season in just a few short weeks! ❤️💛

“We had the most incredible day and Lisa was honestly amazing. I couldn’t have picked a kinder and more outgoing celebrant. She calmed my nerves when I saw her and even managed to get a few words out of my husband that hardly ever speaks 😂😂 she was so welcoming to our request and took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted for our big day, we really do appreciate everything she did for us and every time we talk about our wedding, we will always remember her. I couldn’t be happier.”

A gorgeous intimate wedding in a beautiful garden setting. A lot of mahi went into this wedding from all of their friends and whanau. So many laughs and happy tears for this one.
