On 8th March 2025, after a heartfelt ceremony beneath a decorative floral arch (crafted by Flourish Events), Daphne and Titus welcomed 140 guests who mingled and offered congratulations in the picturesque garden.

Dear White Productions whisked the couple away for some further special moments, while guests gathered beneath the rustic pergola for a relaxed cocktail-style function, creating an atmosphere of warmth and celebration. Crisp & Vale Catering delighted everyone with expertly crafted canapés and finger foods, while Omarino ensured every glass was filled with thirst-quenching beverages.

Laughter and conversation floated through the air until the couple returned to ceremoniously cut their magnificent wedding cake from The Sugar Room - a “sweet promise”, beautifully framed by the pétanque court and the sweeping wedding lawn.

The festivities featured heartfelt speeches, bringing happy tears and plenty of cheers to those gathered. Afterwards, refreshing gelato ice cream offered an extra treat.

The gentle rhythms of pétanque and the soft strains of background music lingered, weaving joy through the afternoon, until, in the golden light of late day, everyone bid their fond farewells.

Whether your guest list is an intimate gathering of 40 or a lively celebration with 140, you can enjoy a relaxed wedding or event simply by making use of our lawns and rustic pergola area. These versatile spaces invite you to create unforgettable moments, tailored to the unique atmosphere and scale of your occasion.

Celebrating LOVE beneath our Plum tree on 1st March 2025, the ceremony space was beautifully adorned with two striking white and green floral arches, styled by Prime Petals.

Kelly Bowles - Independent Marriage and Civil Union Celebrant. officiated the ceremony as 100 guests gathered to congratulate the happy couple, Damoiselle and Marc.

While guests mingled and enjoyed a sumptuous grazing table from Create & Plate under our pergola, the couple slipped away for quiet moments and memorable photos captured by Ouro Studio.

For the reception, everyone savoured relaxed street food from Pinoy Street Food Barbecue Grill and had fun with quirky props at the B & M Photobooth. Once the speeches concluded DJ, Coy Sevilla from AudioSync Pro Lights & Sounds set the mood and got the party started.

It was a wonderful celebration surrounded by their family and friends. Hosting you all was a real pleasure. Wishing you both much happiness and love for the future.

Last February 2025, Sarah and John sealed their enduring love with a heartfelt kiss, beautifully officiated by Married By Court - Christchurch Celebrant. Our bridal party looked absolutely stunning- ladies glowing in elegant full-length rustic red gowns, and the gents sharp in vintage blue suits. Together, they created a picture-perfect backdrop, surrounding our couple with warmth, laughter and joy throughout the day.

Timeless moments were captured by photographers Robin + Andie, while bouquets and arch florals were styled to perfection by Katrin Lilla Nel, florist.

60 of the couple’s closest family and friends gathered beneath our rustic pergola for canapés and beverages followed by a lavish buffet in our reception venue by Country Feasts Catering.

Centerpiece highlight: A captivating autumn-inspired centerpiece brought warmth and coziness to the celebration - golden fairy lights twined around a glass vase, nestled in a rustic open wooden box crafted by the groom. The vase brimmed with sunset-hued florals in apricot, rustic reds, burnt orange and greens. A rust-coloured runner, scattered with creamy white, orange and peach petals, wrapped elegantly around the box, softly illuminated by a golden glow from beneath. Muted red serviettes and gold rings complete the sophisticated tablescape, making it truly unforgettable.

After heartfelt speeches, guests danced the night away, making memories to cherish forever.

Congratulations, Sarah and John! We are truly grateful you chose Omarino Estate for your special day. May your journey together be filled with boundless love and happiness and may every moment ahead shine with joy.

Throwback to one of our most enchanting weddings this year: Katie and Adrian exchanged heartfelt vows beneath the Omarino wooden white arch, it’s pure white florals offering a striking and memorable backdrop as Rev Jo Cotton officiated the ceremony.

After the “I Dos”, guests enjoyed mingling under the pergola and courtyard garden bar, while Katie and Adrian savoured private moments together, beautifully captured by Anh Shiro Photography.

As the late afternoon sun began to set, guests gathered inside the venue for an elegant black and white themed reception. Tables were draped in dramatic black linen, matched by chairs dressed in co-ordinating covers and crisp white sashes from Something Borrowed Something New Wedding Store, creating a sophisticated monochrome canvas.

Adding a meaningful twist to tradition, each guest was not greeted by a table number, but a radiant colour scheme, brought to life with thoughtfully chosen serviettes and decadent jewel-toned chocolates. This playful touch transformed the classic black and white palette, infusing it with vivid pops of colour that danced across the room and elevated the atmosphere with warmth and charm. Glassware sparkled, ready to capture the laughter and joy of the evening.

At the centre of each table, lush arrangements of fresh greenery and pristine white blooms - lovingly crafted by the bride’s family - added a graceful counterpoint to the bold decor.

A mouthwatering feast prepared by Spitroast.com Canterbury delighted guests, followed by heartfelt speeches and the ceremonial cutting of a stunning cake by Sarah Baker of ’sCAKES. WIth the cake enjoyed, our musician and DJ Mark Robertson took to the stage, filling the night with lively tunes and celebration.

Congratulations, Katie and Adrian, may your new life together be filled with joy, laughter and happiness.

A recent wedding at Omarino Estate showcased the latest additions to our curated collection.

The ceremony area featured our brand new white chairs, and our new cross back wooden chairs brought a touch of rustic elegance to the reception space. Our couple opted for bold, vibrant spring hues in their head table centre piece and across guest tables, infusing the celebration with lively colour and energy.

Sage coloured cheesecloths introduced a gentle earthy contrast, enhancing each table setting with a sense of fresh sophistication. At the head table, crisp white ‘MR and MRS’ wooden lettering from Something Borrowed Something New Wedding Store added a charming personal accent. The entire look was beautifully framed by a dreamy swag curtain and freshly pressed tablecloths, completing an atmosphere that was at once joyful and refined. Each detail harmonised to capture the spirit of spring and the romance of the occasion.
