Fantastic event lined up, all chefs invited

NZ Chefs Association and the International Culinary Studio recently partnered to host Think Global, Cook Local.

Event organiser, Co-Founder and Group Executive Chef at the International Culinary Studio, Chef Andy Cordier, was instrumental in making sure the event ran smoothly and was a success.

“We know that hospitality is changing quickly, and with that comes both challenges and exciting opportunities. For young and emerging chefs, the career pathways are broader than ever, from restaurants and hotels to product development, sustainability projects, and even global culinary competitions.”

What a classic dish, part of a recent dinner party. Tuna Nicoise, if you haven’t tried it head to Little Fish Co and get some tuna from them. Soft egg, new potatoes, fresh green beans, olives and soft herb dressing. Yum yum
