On the Day Event Coordination is perfect if you have done most of the planning yourself but need a professional to manage the seamless running of the day.

I will carefully curate your run-sheet and liaise with your suppliers to confirm all delivery arrangements so you're not stuck in the middle doing it all. It also includes setup and styling of your reception venue. Most importantly I'll be the point of contact throughout the day, so you don’t have to be!

I (Jodie) founded On The Day Event Coordination 3 years ago and since then I’ve managed many weddings and written countless runsheets tailored to suit each individual client. Perfect days don’t flow by accident, it’s with a little help from us!

Writing your runsheet to keep your timeline running smoothly while prompting all the questions you didn’t know you were meant to ask is all part of how we pull together your special day. We make sure everything flows effortlessly so you can relax and spend time with your friends and family rather than stressing out about venue set up and vendor liaising. Basically we do all the hard work so you can be a guest at your own wedding and still bask in the credit of how perfect it all comes together!
