Who deals with this?! It starts out as a pile of name plates and ends with a perfectly placed seating plan. This takes time, time you as the bride don’t have. As your OTD Coordinator I take great care in placing everyone just as you had planned so when you look up everyone is exactly where they should be!

On the Day Event Coordination is perfect if you have done most of the planning yourself but need a professional to manage the seamless running of the day.

I will carefully curate your run-sheet and liaise with your suppliers to confirm all delivery arrangements so you're not stuck in the middle doing it all. It also includes setup and styling of your reception venue. Most importantly I'll be the point of contact throughout the day, so you don’t have to be!
