I started out planning extravagant birthday parties for myself and others, as I have always loved extreme decor. After years of procrastinating and life, as we know gets away on us.I am now finally an internationally qualified event decorator and planner. I have started this little business, to give some more WOW to our little cities parties and baby shower services. The decor we have is gorgeou

s for our kids party stuff and the baby shower decor is truely spectacular! My biggest aim was to be affordable but beautiful and to take all the stress away from planning your special day big or small, so that you can just relax and enjoy :)

I Really didn't want to make a post like this but unfortunately I have to...

I am a mum that started this business to help other mums/dads have amazing parties for their children without having to worry about doing anything. When we set parties up we trust clients will do their best to look after our stuff, as we have sourced top quality products from around the world and also handmade alot of our stuff ourselves to ensure it's unique.

If something happens to these items we trust clients will pay invoices to repair or replace these items, unfortunately clients are not paying these invoices nor even having the decency to reply to messages, which is also why we now request full payment of parties be paid no less than a week prior to set up or we will not set the party up.

My team and I work so hard to ensure everything is perfect for our clients and it's a real shame certain people are ruining it for others and putting us out of pocket given we don't make a huge amount from doing these parties especially once all time, tax and costs are taken into account.

If this continues to happen we will start to require bonds, but for now please just don't book a party if you don't have intention of paying for it, its a waste of our time away from our familys planning it all for nothing as alot of work goes into them especially behind the scenes and please also look after our items the best you can whilst they're in your care it really is just respect.

Besides the above a big thanks to the many clients that are absolutely amazing and have continued to use our services each year, we are truely greatful and love working with you all and look forward to another big year.

Todays Gorgeous baby shower reminded me just why i started Royal Events and just how much I love creating beautiful memories for others. So I have officially left my other job and will be focusing on this for a while, so thanks Vic's Kitchen for the cute baking to match this wee set up and we look forward to many more events in the future 👶💟🍼

You may just want a birthday table and backdrop set up like this one? Perfect for a bit of wow at any restaurant or small gathering. We loved the Cookie Monster theme for something different

This was my fav party to date! My boys 2nd birthday consisting of a hired digger for photos, a digger paint station and all the sweets table and grazing table you could ask for! Special thanks to for the amazing baking as always and Bunnings for the wicked kids tradie jackets!!

This was the last of our big banquet parties dont this year! I have decided to remain the owner of royal events however condense down the size of our parties so that I can manage this business, my other job and being a wife and mum successfully.

Bare with me while I create Party package options for you all, but we will be taking bookings again from august :)
