Every now and then we have left overs and we share these with the other vendors at the markets we attend.

Here we have a Pasta dish created by HAWAH with some of our Southern Stations Wagyu Smoked Brisket.

Wish we were able to try some of this amazing meal.

🔥🔥What’s on for the week🔥🔥

There’s a bit of 🌧️🌧️ forecast this week so no Thursday Night Market at Hornby Mall.

Wednesday 12th
We have a few pre orders of meat packs getting collected.
If you would like racks of ribs, slices of brisket, lamb shoulders etc etc.
we can arrange that. Makes for easy dinners after getting home from a long days work to get some meaty goodness into those bellies before bed.

Friday 13th and Saturday 14th
We will be at the CHC Night Market
Ferrymead, 10 Settlers Crescent.
530pm till 930pm

We will have our BBQ Sauce and chimichurri available soon at the markets, so you can have our flavours at home in your cupboard 😱

Shout out to Sam,

hopefully he follows us. But this Mountain of a man demolished 2x Triple bacon burgers back to back at Thursdays CHC Night Market.

Chris Held the record at a 6 stacker with double bacon. So one less bun compared to Sam.
