Summer’s going to come eventually so Daisy’s should get lighter and brighter!
I’ve been making a wee pico de gallo side salad for dinner lately — fresh tomato, onion, coriander, lime… and a little Daisy twist with sweet corn sprinkled through. It’s crunchy, sweet, and so refreshing.

Now I’m thinking… why not turn that into a summer vege wrap?
Add some diced capsicum for colour and crunch, wrap it all up warm and yeast free, then you’ve got a light, fresh, sunshine‑ready wrap perfect for hot days at the market.

We’re all set for the Hamilton Market tomorrow!
Our wraps cart is ready, and so is our small‑batch Hot Honey, made from honey out of my own bee boxes.

It’s the perfect drizzle for our Bacon & Egg wraps and Sweet & Sour Vege Tofu wraps — sweet heat, handcrafted, and local.
