✨ This weekend was all about growing bigger, turning FIVE, and celebrating sweet kindy graduations! 💕

One chose a Tangled-themed birthday, while the other went back and forth between fairies and unicorns… in the end, unicorns won! 🦄💫

What made both of these sleepovers extra special? They were family sleepovers — one with three cousins, the other with three sisters. During the day, their wider families came together to celebrate these beautiful milestones. 💗

As someone super close to my own sisters, it fills my heart to see families making these memories together. That’s the magic I love most — not just the sparkle and themes, but the way these moments bring people together. 🌟

I also design personalised stationery for each party — from welcome signs to food labels and invitations — to help make every setup truly one of a kind. 🎀✨

I had a lovely mum reach out this week with a special request, she needed to pull off her daughter’s 8th birthday party in just 48 hours after a returning from a family emergency overseas. With everything going on, she handed it over to me and said, "She’s turning 8 and having a jellyfish cake!" 🪼💙

And that was all I needed to dive into planning the cutest underwater sleepover 🐚🌊

I built a soft, whimsical jellyfish-themed teepee party, full of ocean sparkle and calming blues, and the cherry on top? I commissioned one of my talented students (12 years old!!) to hand-crochet the sweetest little jellyfish party favours for each guest 🧶🪼 She absolutely nailed it, and it’s been such an encouraging boost to start her own little business!

These are the moments I love, bringing a theme to life, supporting young creatives, and helping families feel cared for in the chaos 💖

✨ When the everything aligns…

A lovely mum messaged me with just 4 days to plan her daughter’s 9th birthday! She said, “She’s easy to please — into Squishmallows, unicorns, Hello Kitty, anything pretty and pink,” and gave me full creative license (my favourite kind! 😉).

I was ready to go with unicorns or Squishmallows — themes I can do with my eyes closed — but with just 2 days to go, I had a spark of inspiration and thought: “Why not Hello Kitty?” I hadn’t done it before and wanted to try something new and super cute. 💗🎀

I arrived to set up and told the mum I'd gone with Hello Kitty — and she just lit up! Turns out, at the last minute, grandma had bought a Hello Kitty balloon and cake! 😍🎈🍰

Some parties are just meant to be — this one was written in pink sparkles and magic ✨💗🙌🏾

It’s been a little while… ✨
After taking a much-needed break to settle into full-time working mama life, today I had the absolute joy of setting up a dreamy party for a sweet girl turning 10!

She loves horses and all things pretty 🐴🌸, so I created a setup that was soft, sweet, and sparkly – just like her! Each guest received their own personalised cosmetic purse 💄 filled with bath bombs 🛁 and facial cleansers for a little pamper night, and of course, the birthday girl got a special pink one as well! They also received some yummy movie treats for their night under the teepees 🍿🎬.

One of my favourite touches? Her grandmother knitted her the most beautiful blanket 🧶 that matched the theme perfectly – such a heartfelt gift. And because no guest is too little to be included, I made sure her adorable 2-year-old niece had her own goodies too: bubbles and play dough for some toddler fun 🫧✨.

Thank you to this lovely family for letting me be part of it.
