A true Kiwi classic! 🍓

There’s something pretty special about a good old-fashioned Kiwi trifle – layers of fluffy sponge, creamy custard, juicy strawberries and plenty of whipped cream.

The kitchen was gifted a beautiful haul of homegrown oranges, so naturally, we had to put them to good use! 💛

We made these delicious orange & almond cakes with lemon curd, topped with creamy frosting and fresh orange slices. 🍊✨
