Meet Adam Neal, one of the owners of the company, with decades of experience in the industry Adam began his hospitality career in 2005 in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Over the years he has worked in a wide range of hospitality businesses; from dive bars, nightclubs, private members clubs, restaurants, to high end pubs & cafes.

Adam has entered and won several cocktail competitions. The most notable being The Beam Bar Legend in 2013, at the time it was New Zealand's Largest ever Cocktail Competition.

After many years with the Britomart Hospitality grou, he left his role as Group Operations Manager, to team up with Jason to open in 2017.

Let's meet the team, starting with Chris McClean (events & operations), who helped us create this branch of the company.

Chris began his hospitality career in 2009 in Northern Ireland and has worked all areas of hospitality; from restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs & cocktail bars and over the last decade he has focussed more specifically on the drinks industry.

Upon arriving in New Zealand in 2016, Chris began working in Bedford Soda & Liquor, a high volume cocktail bar, gaining vast experience leading to a Venue Manager position in the company.

In 2023 Chris was an Operations Manager for another cocktail events company, offering an insight into a different side of hospitality, creating lasting experiences through craft cocktails.
