Are you our new Cafe Manager?

If you are someone who is a great baker, loves preparing food, looking for your next challenge and to stamp your mark on this role, we are looking for an experienced person to fulfill a fixed term role of managing the cafeteria and to ensure the on-going success of this part of our business.

This is a fixed term contract from beginning of March until 31 August 2021. It is highly likely that a subsequent role may be available after that.

It's been super busy here with the ANZ Premiership! Tonight the Northern Stars take on the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic! We will be open as soon as the doors open at 6.30pm! Come over and see us for some hot chips, coffee or even a cheeky

Great tips if your wanting to have some variety in your meals! Perfect for vegetarians or those wanting to reduce meat in their diet!

HOW MUCH PROTEIN IS ENOUGH?
It really depends on the goal. I also want to start by saying there's no scientific evidence to state this daily requirement.
If your goal is to build lean muscle, my personal recommendation is you aim for 0.7g - 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight.
