Two weeks ago the Auckland City Council served us an eviction notice with 5 working days to vacate as well as a bill for us to pay their legal fees to write up the notices. Over the last two weeks our lawyer has been fighting for a later move out date and to write off the ridiculous fees. The Auckland City council have been extremely aggressive. We started Absolutely Trashed to put on shows, sell vintage clothing and to create a micro community, never to make money. At the moment we are searching for a new space because we know Auckland needs it.
Join us in a battle against a conservative council who have no vision for Auckland or humanity for those that reside here.
