From custom branding and display structures to seamless installation and pack-down, our team handled the full event setup to create a clean, professional space that brought the Adobe brand to life. ✨

We loved bringing this custom exhibition stand to life for SHIFT4 at the Hospitality New Zealand Conference 2026 in Rotorua. From the illuminated frame to the clean architectural finishes, every detail was designed to help SHIFT4 make a bold impression and connect with attendees on the show floor.

Nothing beats seeing a concept come together and shine under event lights. ⚡

Throwing it back to Fieldays a few weeks ago 🚜☀️✨

We loved bringing the Hurfords stand together and seeing it in action over a huge few days of conversations, connections and good energy on site.

A few weeks ago, we partnered with Clear Digital to deliver their portable exhibition stand for the SecTech Roadshow across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. 🚛✨

Designed to travel with ease, every element of the stand packed down into transport cases, making it quick to transport, set up, and reassemble at each location without compromising on presentation.

Creating a portable stand that was practical, durable, and impactful across three cities was a rewarding challenge, and we're thrilled with the final result.

Bringing a little calm to the conference floor 🌿🌸✨

For the 2026 NZVA & NZVNA Conference, we delivered the Elanco New Zealand stand — designed to draw people in, encourage connection, and bring the Zenrelia experience to life.

Inspired by a tranquil Japanese garden, the space featured cascading cherry blossoms, natural greenery, authentic Japanese-style furniture, and a traditional tea station, creating a peaceful retreat from the busy exhibition floor.

With layered greenery, natural textures, and immersive details throughout, this was a space that definitely stood out. 👏

That's a wrap on MEETINGS 2026 👏✨

What an incredible few days connecting with industry professionals, venues, tourism operators, and event organisers from across New Zealand and beyond.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand for a chat, a coffee, or to learn more about how we help brands, destinations, and organisations create standout experiences through strategic design, exhibitions, activations, and events.

We loved sharing some of the projects we've been working on and having conversations about the future of live experiences, visitor engagement, and meaningful brand connections.
