We also have a very talented team of designers, event riggers and specialist crew who are able to create unique and bespoke event environments, complete with custom linked structures, branding, signage, interior elements, furniture, lighting and more. We have built a reputation throughout New Zealand for our creative and innovative approach to design and build and our specialist expertise in creating bespoke event environments. Our unique advantage is our ability to provide a full service offering from initial site plans, designs, and renders through to installation, logistics and asset management. Last night, the V Structure went live at Go Media Stadium and we couldn't be prouder of what the team pulled off.
A two-storey Spacecube build right on the try line in the Go Media D Zone, built for V Energy and the crew at Bastion Aotearoa. Two levels of pure activation: the LegenDairy is back, the barber shop is open, V VIPs have their own space out front, and upstairs is a hosting space that's as good as anything you'll find at match day in Aotearoa.
The result on the field wasn't the one we were all hoping for but for V Energy, Bastion Aotearoa, and everyone who made match day happen, we're calling this one a win.
A massive thanks to Philippe Lahey and the team at Bastion for driving this from concept to reality, to our mates at Rollercoaster NZ for being brilliant to work with on the build as always, to the Commercial and Game Day crew at One NZ Warriors, and to Stella and the Auckland Stadiums team at Go Media Stadium you made the whole thing seamless.

Throwback to October 2022, and one of the memorable projects we have been part of.
When Uno Loco called us about the official Pōwhiri and Welcome Ceremony for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023, we knew straight away this was going to be something special. A call from Uno Loco usually means the project is going to be great, and this was no exception. When they told us Robin Rawstone was leading the creative, we knew we had to be on that team.
Robin pushes the brief creatively every time, and with Uno Loco leading the charge, there is a real confidence that good ideas and brave thinking will make it through to the finished product. Looking back at this project, you can see exactly how having the right team pays off.
The ceremony itself was held on Auckland's waterfront on 19 October 2022. Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei led the occasion, welcoming the world's largest women's sporting event and its delegates to Aotearoa New Zealand with a wero, karanga, whaikōrero, and hongi. The Football Ferns performed waiata, and FIFA President Gianni Infantino addressed the crowd with words in te reo Māori.
FIFA events bring world class expectations. They also bring world class budgets. When both of those things meet the right creative team, the results speak for themselves.

Another Fieldays wrapped! 🌿
Our team is back from a successful tour of duty at Mystery Creek — the wash-downs are done, gear packed away, clients signed off — and now it’s time to reset and look ahead to 2026.

This year marked our 16th year at Fieldays, and every winter we ask ourselves the same question:
“Where else would we rather be?”

A huge thank you to our incredible clients — your trust in us drives everything we do.
Appreciation also to the team, who continue to raise the bar every year. From venue upgrades to a relentless focus on improvement, it’s a privilege to be part of it. Special thanks to Richard Ferdinands, Taryn Storey, and your teams — the effort you put in makes a real difference.

To our supply network and on-site partners, thank you — the hustle is real, and we value it. 💪
And to our own crew: after 8 weeks of prep, build, and pack-down, you delivered an outstanding array of structures — world-class and once again with zero injuries or damage. Massive respect and thanks.

Crew onsite in the Mighty Waikato💪🏼 a perfect day to install our biggest ever stretch roof for its first outing 🎉

We delivered two custom-built stretch roof truss structures, giving Makita NZ a bold presence at the Auckland Domain for the Red Bull Trolley Grand Prix. The 11m x 9m product display structure featured custom branding and showcased a range of Makita products, while the 11m x 9m hospitality structure kept the crowd fuelled with pies and ice blocks and provided shelter from the occasional showers. LED screens streamed the live race action, making the Makita space a prime hub for fans to enjoy the high-energy day of racing.

We were brought in by Global Production Partners to install a 6m x 6m truss and stretch system for the Red Bull Trolley Grand Prix, creating the Four Square Supermarkets pit stop. The setup kept attendees fuelled on pies and pork buns throughout the day, bringing the space to life with a blend of function and atmosphere.

What a privilege to be part of SailGP 2025 last month, delivering standout event structures at Wynyard Point. With world-class sailing as the backdrop, we provided over 300sqm² of high-quality infrastructure, bringing together structural integrity and considered design. From a fan store and Heineken hospitality bar to a premium grandstand entry and main entrance, every structure was built for impact and function.
