We would like to give our heartfelt gratitude to Ryan, Alice, Ari and the MEC team for creating our dream reception. The venue was exuding luxury, class and was breath-taking the moment we stepped foot inside. We had looked around at a number of well-known hotels to host our reception but their interior decor and ambience couldn't match that of MEC. The table centerpieces were comparable to whats offered in UK's luxury venues and we received many compliments from guests on how unique and beautifying they were. We're especially grateful to Ryan and Alice for personally taking care of all the planning and fast-tracking the custom-designed centerpieces to ensure it was ready in time for our event. Leaving everything in their hands was the best decision we made during the planning process. Alice was always prompt and helpful with our questions. Also the service during the event was beyond our expectation. The event manager was especially helpful with the bridal party and helped avoid a major wardrobe malfunction! I also noticed how the MEC team attended to guest requests and even took care of the little ones. This type of personal service is beyond what most function venues provide. It felt like the event was being managed with the same care that could only be provided by family. In addition, the food was incredibly tasty, even better than most restaurants. We received many compliments on how tasty all of the dishes were. Our extended family were so flabbergasted with everything, they felt it was the best wedding reception in the history of our family and possibly may even remain the same. We highly recommend the venue to other couples and potential clients - definitely a 11/10 venue. Best advice I can give to future clients is to listen to Ryan and management's suggestions as they have experienced many events and have a wealth of knowledge on what works and what doesnt. Once again, thank you from the bottom of our heart for creating the best atmosphere for one of the best days of our life.
