I've had platters as a staple on my menu and they are finally back in fashion, where they deserve to be. French cheeses from the amazing shop in New Market, Italian cured meats, New Zealand smoked salmon, home made crostini and bagel crisps, along with sumac hummus and roasted chickpeas. Beautifully paired with a dry Italian Prosecco on a sunny late autumn afternoon.
