To all my lovely friends & customers wishing you a very Merry Christmas & looking forward to seeing you, or hearing from you, in the New Year. Although 2025 has been a challenging year, I am grateful to be able to continue working in an industry that I love most passionately. Flowers, and creating with them, gets under your skin. We live & breathe them. We also dream about them! So here’s a toast to you all for a happy, prosperous New Year. May it be filled with many magical moments with the people you love. Last wedding of 2025! What a way to finish the year! Setting up at the Holy Trinity Cathedral in the Chancel while the choir & organist rehearsed for their Christmas concert was a bonus. Talk about goosebumps! Then we were off out west to Kumeu & Abel Estate to dress the tables. It was a day to remember.

And the long awaited day has arrived. I was asked to make something really spectacular for today’s groom. He chose this floral collar. I must say I’m super thrilled with the opportunity & the result. In addition we made 11 buttonholes, 5 floral combs, a wrist corsage, 10 guest table centrepieces, a head table centrepiece & a bouquet for the bouquet toss. The reception was at I’ve used my sage green muslin table runners on all the tables & have included 4 vases for the bridesmaids’ bouquets to complete the styling of the head table.

The set up today for Kimberly & Jesse. The base for my floral runners was Ruscus, Leather Fern & Viburnum. The white & blue flowers included white Snapdragons, Roses, Trachelium, Sweet William & Baby’s Breath with blue mini Agapanthus & Tweedia.

This wedding for Jasmine & Joseph on Labour weekend had an Aladdin theme. The colour palette was deep purple & teal blue. There aren’t really any teal flowers so I’ve used blue Tweedia. The arrangements really lifted the room.
