Finally had time to grab some pics! Here she is! Pit on one side and Asado on the other with multiple options including a crucifix for lamb plus searing, grilling and hot plates. We still have a few areas to finish off like white walling the wheels, stainless bench top etc but we are almost there, she runs and draws like an absolutely dream! Update 4. Pit Build. Trailer - Stack - Firebox, we had to mount the firebox higher to avoid dragging its underside on the road once added to the trailer. Trailer painted, Asado mounted, and storage box done. Not far to go now.

Pit build update: The firebox got picked up yesterday and delivered down country... she’s big 👀, we are doing a folding stack, stack rest is done and what looks like a toilet seat is the hinge. Sausage hanging racks done, heaps of room throughout, really blown away, and trailer gets painted this weekend... she’s all go!!

Our pit build continues... our 2mx1m Asado grill gets legs today and will be mounted on the opposite of the pit, fire grate for Asado is solid and the trailer is not far off... loving the trailer wheels, sourced 14’’ smoothies off a Chev Impala... we will white wall the tyres once done.
