Expo exposed!

Thanks to our good friends at Flubatek, here is an amazing time lapse revealing the build and staging of a recent exhibition. During the NZ Dental Congress hosted by the New Zealand Dental Association (NZDA), NZOHA - Te Ohu Pūniho Ora o Aotearoa (NZOHA), and New Zealand Institute of Dental Technologists (Nzidt), 132 exhibition stands were built, stocked and staffed over the three day Congress.

Held at the New Zealand International Convention Centre and built by Exhibition Hire Services NZ, this video perfectly captures the behind the scenes and busy event activity of a large scale exhibition.

Oh, what a night!

Last night, a number of the Christchurch CI team were thoroughly spoiled, and were treated to dinner and a show. The Crowne Plaza Christchurch put on a beautiful spread in the luxurious 1851 Social Bar and Lounge, followed by tickets to Jersey Boys at the Isaac Theatre Royal. We all enjoyed the evening so much, we forgot to take photos!

Our sincere thanks to Simon, Lucy and Rhys from the Crowne Plaza for their generous hospitality and excellent company.

But did you know, in 2025 we delivered Pinot Noir NZ featuring 80 w**eries and managing 4,000 bottles of Pinot from throughout Aotearoa?

Recently we delivered a very special event – three conferences simultaneously and all under one roof! The first ever NZ Dental Congress brought together the New Zealand Dental Association, NZOHA - Te Ohu Pūniho Ora o Aotearoa and Nzidt New Zealand Institute of Dental Technologists - each with their own scientific programmes.

Hosted at the New Zealand International Convention Centre in Auckland, the Congress attracted 2,000 attendees and featured a shared exhibition with more than 130 stands. A dynamic social programme allowed plenty of time for networking and catching up with old and new friends, while activities included massage therapists, beats by bingo and yoga up the Sky Tower as the sun came up.

We are proud to have worked with all three associations for this milestone event and couldn’t have delivered a congress of this scale and complexity without our trusted suppliers and partners. We’re back from the far North reflecting on the Resource Management Law Association of New Zealand Inc’s conference in Waitangi.

Regional conferences bring their own set of challenges, but these are undoubtedly balanced by the unique environment and the warmth of the people. The networking opportunities were a highlight - particularly the Taste of Te Pēwhairangi Bay of Islands at The Duke of Marlborough and the Conference and RMLA Annual Awards Dinner providing wonderful opportunities for celebrating the hard work and achievements of the association and its members.

We just have to share these wonderful words received from one of the inspiring speakers:

“The conference was exceptionally well organised, with an excellent range of speakers, social events and field trips. Everything ran seamlessly and reflected the considerable thought and hard work that had gone into the event. Holding the conference in Te Tai Tokerau made the experience even more special.
