Te Atatū Peninsula Community Centre A place for the community to come together and celebrate what is great about their neighbourhood!

Opened on the 15 November 2014 this multi-purpose facility houses a range of community programmes, spaces for hire and the library. Situated next to picturesque Jack Pringle Park the large glass doors and windows provide lots of natural light and the high ceilings give a real sense of space. Staff are committed to ensuring the facility is a destination hub where the community can come together to learn, grow, have fun and foster real community spirit.

🧸 ONE WEEK LEFT to donate to our Soft Toy Drive! 🧸

Our Soft Toy Drive is still running at your local library, but there’s only one week left to get your donations in!

📅 Donations close Saturday 5 September

Soft toys can be brand new or preloved (within reason, of course!). If you have a loved soft toy that’s ready for a new home, we’d love to give it another chance to bring some comfort and joy. ❤️

Simply bring your soft toy donations to the Library side of Te Atatū Peninsula Community Hub, and we’ll collect them all together to donate to Te Āhuru Mōwai o Aotearoa – Māngere Refugee Resettlement Centre.

Every donation, big or small, can help make someone feel a little more at home. 🧸💕

If you’ve been meaning to donate, this is your reminder! 👀
