I so loved meeting and marrying Kaushik and Alice (and meeting their farm/zoo of animals) back in January. Even wild weather couldn't stop these two from smiling and giggling and just generally being smitten all through their two day wedding weekend at Bracu. Lovely Ella and Henry recently in all the best Mt Eden hotspots. We did our planning meetings sitting outside The Garden Shed distractedly dog-watching so it was only right that the newlyweds got to say hi to a pupper there on the big day, as they walked to their reception at Mantells. And fellow book-lovers, Henry used to work at Time Out so they popped by later for some cute pics. What a great day!

One of my two gorgeous New Year's Eve weddings from a few weeks ago. What a fun way to finish out the year and bound into the next one! Lovely Emma and Shawn got married with just their daughters and close family in attendance at Little Manly.

When Maddie and Gareth told me their wedding plans, I was chuffed to discover the dress code was "upstage the bride and groom." As you can see their guests certainly took that directive seriously, and I gave it a good crack, but the most shining lights on the day were still, of course, Maddie and Gareth themselves. I even tried to pull focus again by surprising them with a group reading of Caroline Polachek's song "So Hot You're Hurting My Feelings" which absolutely crushed, but again you could not top their delight and glee and cuteness. The weather may have kept us inside but that room was full of joy and sunshine! Photos by the amazing Amanda Thomas Photography and my Moira Rose outfit was loving made by me and Spotlight and is available for any and all occasions.

Beautiful Ash and Will and their city ceremony at onslow.nz. I’m a sucker for an urban wedding since I had one 👌🏻 and these two wanted a simple yet classy day with their favourite people so they could continue their already full life together with their son Parker. So that’s what we did! Also how great is that signing spot?!
