While most people see the glamour, colour, and excitement of racedays, there’s a whole other world happening behind the scenes - and it starts well before the first glass of bubbles is poured.
Our incredible kitchen team has been hard at work in the lead-up to Tuesday's Melbourne Cup Day here at Ellerslie, crafting a menu that captures the spirit of the Cup while keeping service seamless on what is one of our busiest hospitality days of the year.
From early-morning prep to last-minute plating, every dish that leaves the pass is the result of days (and nights!) of planning, precision, and teamwork.
A huge shout-out to our chefs, kitchen crew, and front-of-house team who help bring the raceday experience to life for our guests.
