Hello flower friends,
I have decided to close my flower shop. Not an easy decision however due to the rising costs of flowers, bulk buying domination and location changes of our commercial flower auctions it is no longer sustainable as a small business to continue offering the varieties required in smaller quantities and remain competitive in these current economic times.
Throughout the 5 1/2 years in this location I’m really proud of what Botanics has achieved & will be forever grateful to all of you who have supported this flower shop along the way. For me it’s always been about building relationships with people and helping them with their flower needs, so thank you.
A special mention to the following community of growers
Thank you for all your hard work in the fields & then making the trek each week to Grey Lynn during the spring summer months bringing all your beautiful blooms direct to a group of us florists. Over the years this was definitely a highlight for me as supporting & offering nz locally grown flowers has always been a top priority in this business. So keep supporting local everyone and know where your flowers come from!
