It’s been a minute since we had ProQ Smokers Stretch out….
A good steam clean and charge at 300°F with Heat Beads BBQ and ran a couple of Brisket’s for good measure
Always reliable, unlike the cook who had a few too many Epic Beer’s and missed the 2am alarm 🤦🏼‍♂️ but still produced tastyAF BBQ
