And apparently my face says it all after a 12 hour day!

Not me pulling 47 different facial expressions while making one bouquet 😭

Now tell me…
does anyone else’s face do this when they’re locked into something they love? 👀

There’s a version of me that built this business… and a version of me now learning how to step away from it for a little while…

Lately, life has asked me to slow down in ways I never planned for.

If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been, this season of pregnancy has been a tender and challenging one. We’ve had a bit of a wild ride, and recently following a placental Haemorrhage & a Pre Term Labour visit!! I’ve been told (very firmly) to rest… so here I am, on what feels like house arrest, learning to surrender to stillness.

And if you know me, you’ll know how hard that is.

Florals, creating, connecting they’re not just what I do, they’re who I am. They ground me, they light me up, they allow me to pour into others in the most meaningful way. So stepping back physically has felt like losing a part of myself for a moment.

Between the quiet moments, I’ve been teaching myself to embroider, picking up little sewing projects, and finding beauty in slower, gentler forms of making. It’s not the same rhythm I’m used to, but at-least I still get to creative with my hands.

Living with chronic pain, navigating endometriosis/adenomyosis, and carrying life at the same time has been one of the toughest chapters I’ve walked through. It’s stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.

There have been moments filled with uncertainty, hospital stays, and conversations no parent ever quite prepares for… from emergency caesarean plans to NICU discussions, survival rates and everything in between.

I’m still here. Just moving a little differently for now.
Still dreaming, still creating, still holding space, even if it looks quieter from the outside.

-

As I lean into this slower chapter, I’m also gently looking ahead. From April 2027 — > Stepping into an Autumnal season of abundance — But this time, at our own pace.

Already, we’ve planned some incredible Creative projects, Wellness retreats & Wedding designs for the 2027/2028 Season. Moving forward, my calendar will remain limited. However, If you feel that we may align with your future Wedding designs or an intentional experience together in that season - I would love to hear from you! 🤍

“Flow is the most underrated luxury in wedding design.”

An epic 300-guest reception that still felt intimate, relaxed, and beautifully connected, and it all came down to flow 👣

Picture this…

Guests drifting between a stunning outdoor amphitheatre with a dreamy stage, (perfect for lingering, chatting, soaking up the afternoon sun), then wandering under the marquee to rest in the shade, grab a drink, and reset before the next moment unfolded.

Design tip for larger guest lists:

It’s not about squeezing everyone into one space, it’s about creating moments, and little pockets of peace.

• Clear pathways so guests naturally move, not wander

• Rest zones that feel intentional (not an afterthought)

• Shade, seating + easy access to beverages = happy humans

• Spaces that invite guests to pause, connect, and stay awhile

When you design with comfort + movement in mind, even 300 guests can feel calm, intimate, and considered.

Flow matters. Your guests will feel it, even if they can’t quite explain why ✨

If you’re waiting to “have a vision” before booking a florist — Stop.

If you don’t have a clear vision yet, that’s more than okay.

You don’t need all the answers — that’s where we come in.

This journey isn’t one-sided; it’s a collaboration. Together, we uncover what feels like you and curate something intentional, whether that lands beautifully minimalist or wildly abundant.

With over 10 years in the wedding industry, we bring experience, calm, and a deep understanding of how all the moving pieces come together, working alongside the most incredible vendors to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

If florals are a priority, talk with your florist early about how to maximise their presence while keeping the space intimate and true to your story.

So ask the questions. All of them.

Trust the process.

And let us take care of the details, while you focus on the feeling.

If you’re planning a 2027 wedding and value thoughtful design, meaningful florals, and a calm, collaborative experience — we’d so love to hear from you, link in bio 🤍

This year looked a little different… slower, more intentional, and deeply creative. It was a year of soul-searching, freelancing, rekindling passion, and designing from the heart, alongside some of the most incredible humans in our industry.

When we set out to build a more intentional life here in Cambridge, focused on sustainability, teaching, creativity, and community… we had no idea just how wonderful it would become. And now, I can proudly say we’ve built a community that truly lights my soul on fire. If you’d told me five years ago we’d be here, thriving in a new town with no family nearby and building a life immersed in Te Ao Māori & Community — I wouldn’t have believed you. But here we are. ✨

This year we renovated our home studio (hello basement glow-up!), freelanced with our favourite flower besties, shot campaigns with inspiring creators, mentored beautiful humans who now feel like whānau… and I even stepped into new roles as a kapa haka kaiako and an even more present parent. Because while weddings and design fuel my creativity, my greatest purpose will always be my tamariki and the spaces that truly matter.

2026 - > We’ve been manifesting these big dreams of ours, and I couldn’t feel more excited to step into the new year surrounded by incredible humans 💕

“I don’t design arrangements, I design rebellions against waste!”

Over the last few years, we’ve worked tirelessly to create designs that are both daring in their creativity and gentle in their impact—breathing life into modern techniques while grounding them with old-school, FOAM FREE sustainable mechanics.

Our work is stitched with old-world techniques, softened and strengthened by new-school, sustainable mechanics—because what is love, if not an act of protection?

It is not often spoken about in the Wedding Industry—the way our choices ripple beyond the day itself. Yet I feel it in my bones: that creativity must also be responsibility, and that romance becomes richer when it cares for more than two hearts.

So, when couples find us, they are not choosing a florist. They are choosing a philosophy. A belief that beauty can be both wild and thoughtful, tender and enduring.

Every design begins as a dream, and our gallery is where those dreams live. Visit, linger, and if you feel the pull, send us a note… your story might just be our next creation 💕
