When really, we all come from the earth. Everything and everyone. 🌺
Why is it that I feel so calm by the ocean or going for a walk in the forest?
Because you’ve just gone home. 🐚
Don’t skip on nature, immerse yourself in it. Try going barefoot in the grass, reconnect, and ground yourself. Take some deep breaths and remind yourself that you are a part of this magnificent earth. 🌏
