Day 2 of Regenerate conference - Food is medicine. This meal is something close to my heart as I believe good health is so dependent on the quality of food we eat. I was looking at the medicinal aspects of food and how they relate to the body and aid the prevention of disease. Using ancient South East Asian species and produce which not only taste good but nourishes your soul. Lotus root and salmon, and tofu with wild mushroom broth are just a few or the dishes. Good food really is the solution to longevity and good health and the best part it tastes just so good.

Hi lovelies, this is a snapshot of the Regenerate conference I worked on a few weeks ago. Day three theme was a Filipino inspired Kamayan (eating with hands) Sri-Lankan feast. This meal is a true celebration, no utensils needed the feast is lovingly placed on banana leaves. This is communal eating at its finest. This week I have been in the kitchen experimenting with Sri-Lanka's most loved street food the pancake roll. Crispy panko coconut crepe with the unique flavours of Sri-Lankan cuisine. As soon as you taste it you will be hooked. This week I have beef or the new vegetarian roll; Jackfruit and tomato. Order yours for Thursday/ Friday or Sunday this week. Hi lovelies I have spent the weekend making loads of pancake rolls. Sri Lanka's most famous street food. This is made from a delicate coconut, egg crepe, filled with grass feed beef and rolled in panko. So if you want an easy mid week meal DM, text 0211194552 or email me ; [email protected]. They are just 22 dollars for 4, or 2 for 14 plus delivery. They come with a fresh tomato and tamarind sauce and a side salad. Either spicy or mild. Two rolls is a perfect meal for one, or split them as a shared entree. Trust me you will love them, even my kids do!
