This week is Mental Health Awareness week 💚

Of course, I think everyday should be about mental health awareness to help fight & break down the stigma associated to mental health, but this week gives us all an opportunity to speak ip more on this important conversation.

Small ways to spread awareness:
🫶🏻follow and reshare mental health charities support
🫶🏻Donate to a mental health organisation
🫶🏻share helplines and organisations that support mental wellness
🫶🏻start the conversation in your community
🫶🏻share your story
🫶🏻spend some time learning more about common mental health disorders

And finally, don't forget to make time to look after your own mental wellness through rest and selfcare 🫶🏻✨🌷

[part. 1 ] So, what is Anxiety?

We talk about it a lot and we can probably at least name one person that battles with it , but what does it actually feel like?

The thing with anxiety is that it doesn’t just come in one form and doesn’t feel the same for everyone all the time ; there is huge spectrum of variety of Anxiety disorders and each come with their own battles or challenges for people who live with them.

I feel like it is important that we understand anxiety, educate ourselves and so we don’t devalue other’s battles talking about it .

Anxiety is real , so let’s learn ❤️
