It's been a busy week with training sessions, business meetings and two beautiful farewells. I love doing deliveries and even enjoy going to pick up the plates afterwards. Working alone suits me but I really enjoy getting 'out and about'.

A 6am start for the Central Otago A & P Show. We provided the morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for the judges, stewards and helpers. Plus many cups of tea and coffee to the public. It was great to be part of a fantastic day. And check out the green trolley. The star of the show!

Some 'Lite' lunches this week. I made falafels for the vegans and couldn't stop eating them. The recipe used canned chick peas which may not be authentic but sped the process up. Delicious!
