**Job Description:**
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in developing marketing, branding, and promotional content and materials for our hotel. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of hospitality marketing while contributing to the growth and success of our brand.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Creation:** Develop engaging and compelling written and visual content for various marketing channels including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
2. **Branding Support:** Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
3. **Social Media Management:** Help manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
4. **Campaign Development:** Contribute ideas and assist in the development and ex*****on of marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, packages, and special events.
5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to support initiatives and projects that enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue.
6. **Market Research:** Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
7. **Photography and Videography:** Capture high-quality photos and videos of hotel facilities, amenities, and events for use in marketing materials.
**Qualifications:**
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in marketing or hospitality is a plus but not required.
