Must know to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Tally etc
Devising and maintaining office systems
Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Preparation of orders and communication with clients for reorders
Responsible or handling all incoming and outgoing calls
Responsible for dealing with enquires in professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone.
