The third summit completed
The 3rd Nepal Youth Entrepreneurship Summit, which included 400 youth entrepreneurs from 60 districts, was concluded with the release of a 13-point manifesto.
In the Summit which was inaugurated by Honorable Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, a serious discussion was held on the creation and implementation of startup policy, review of government policies, easy access to finance for projects started by youth, unsecured loan flow, etc. The Prime Minister has expressed his commitment that the topics raised in the summit will be included in the government's policy, program, and budget in the coming days. At the summit, along with the Prime Minister, Information, Communication and Technology Honorable Minister Rekha Sharma, Vice- Chairman of National Planning Commission (NPC) Dr. Min Bahadur Shrestha, Industries, Commerce and Supplies Secretary Madhu Marasini, Member of Planning Commission Dr. Ramesh Paudel, Dean R. Thompson, US Ambassador to Nepal, Entrepreneurs Dr. Upendra Mahato, Pawan Golyan, Bhawani Rana, Hemraj Dhakal, Dileep Agrawal, inDive's Asia Pacific Director Roman N. Ermoshin, Vidushi Rana, Ashish Sharma, President of Nepal Bankers' Association (NBA) Sunil K.C, Banker Kiran Kumar Shrestha, Chairperson of Development Bankers' Association Suyog Shrestha, subject expert Dr. Ghan Shyam Gurung, Prakash Tiwari, Sunita Basnet and others were present. It was moderated by Dil Bhusan Pathak, Sugarika KC, Rupesh Shrestha, Bandana Sharma, Ishika Panta, and others.
