Enjoy a lively gig? – Then keep this weekend free for what’s promised to be a most unique and entertaining variety of Norwegian artists performing in four of Dublin’s favourite venues.
St. Stephen’s Green, The Workingman’s Club, Smock Alley Theatre and the Exchange Dublin will play host to some of the best loved Norwegian artists here in Dublin to celebrate this year’s Norish Fest. The Norish Fest is a Norwegian-Irish Initiative, which aims to promote relations between Ireland and Norway through social, cultural and artistic networks as well as developing important business and trade links between both countries. Supported by Dublin City Council and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Dublin, the Norish Fest also works closely with Cradle, (an NGO working with children and community development projects in the Balkans and Asia).
