Miss Globe International is a registered trademark in USPTO. It was born in 1925. Its creator is Charlie See. After Charlie See passed away in 1949, Li Sun continued the brand until 1988. Starting from 1988, Süha Özgermi continued the brand until 2003. In 2004, Rasim Aydın took over the Miss Globe International brand registered in USPTO.
Rasim Aydın has been the global owner of the brand since 2004.
The registered mission of the brand in the USPTO is expressed as:
"To organize beauty contests for the purpose of introducing the products and services of others to the target customer group".
The brand has three separate versions:
Miss Globe National,
Miss Globe Intercontinental
and Miss Globe International.
In addition, there is a ‘Miss Teen Globe’ version in each country to meet the demand of the fashion industry and the film industry for models between the ages of 13-19.
However, since some countries have restrictions on contests for this age group, check the mandatory provisions of the laws in each country. Check if this is allowed in your country.
The title deed owner of all these titles is Rasim Aydın.
However, the traditional events are those held under the titles of Miss Globe National and Miss Globe International. Other events are held spontaneously by skipping.
Some events outside of these titles, which are held in other countries by adding or removing words at the beginning and end, have no connection with our business chain. These are illegal attempts made without permission from our organization.

This competition is the Miss Globe International brand registered in the USPTO under the name of Rasim Aydın.
This competition is produced under the management of Rasim Aydın or directors appointed by him.
The producer of the competition is RCA Global Entertainment Co. RCA Global Entertainment Co. signs a subcontracting agreement with the legal agency that already exists in the country where the international competition will be held for that year. The relevant company produces under the name of Miss Globe Organization as a subcontractor of Miss Globe Organization while performing its activities related to the competition.
The relevant company exercises authority over local purchases, sales, rentals and entertainment.
It is solely responsible for the tax and other laws of the country.
National competitions are produced under the legal obligation of the local agency that owns the franchise in that country.
The International Miss Globe Organization does not interfere with any other work and does not assume any responsibility other than the supervision of compliance with the conditions in these shows.
As the legal Miss Globe Organization, we would like to inform the public that we do not take any responsibility for the fraudulent tendencies of others towards third parties.

Since you are here, we believe that you have read and accepted the clear statement of vision, mission and goals of the Miss Globe Organization.
We are determined to support women to achieve their goals by celebrating their beauty with all our efforts. We emphasize using all communication tools to raise awareness.
Every entrepreneur who wants to become a franchise owner must make sure that he is truly ready to work devotedly for Women. This requires experience, communication skills and a network.
National Directors must be selective in terms of beauty that will be appreciated by the majority and provide a safe, comfortable and exciting experience for every girl who participates in the Miss Globe Beauty organization. They must take steps that will radically change the life cycle of the chosen one.
We, the Miss Globe Organization, reserve the right to conduct periodic or historical financial record checks on National Directors to protect the security of our trademark and interests.
Please note that if you have been granted a Miss Globe National license by the Miss Globe Organization to administer the pageant, we reserve the right to conduct an audit of all your accounts and general status at our sole discretion.
AS LONG AS YOU ARE AUTHORIZED AS A NATIONAL DIRECTOR, YOUR OBLIGATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Pay the license fee you are responsible for your region on time and always comply with all requirements listed in the license agreement.
You will organize a National Beauty Pageant in the licensed region that meets all of our requirements, rules and regulations. This pageant will be held annually.
If we decide to organize the ‘Miss Globe International’ competition in your country, you should have known and established good relations with the national and/or international brands of your country in order to stage this competition in your country. You should always be in a position to receive the support of the relevant brands.
You should have the skills to create a business plan covering all aspects of production including marketing, public relations, recruitment, prize package and the title holder’s travel and wardrobe. You should be able to prepare this entire project in a clear and suitable presentation format in word and excel file format.
You must comply with all employment, labor and immigration laws while operating the business.
By renting the Brand Franchise right for the local version of the competition from us, you will have made another decision. You should open an office in your own name under the title of ‘Miss Globe National Organization’ in the commercial city of your country. The activities of this office should not be limited to organizing the competition only once a year. You should create and develop new business methods and plans by taking advantage of the international power of the Miss Globe International brand. You should turn these projects into commercial products and earn a regular and sustainable income every month.
We can brainstorm on what these jobs can be. You can also provide model agency services to brands for fashion shows during the year. If your country has a cinema industry, you can take on the responsibility of providing talented actors for the cinema industry. Providing modeling and acting training will provide you with a sustainable income throughout the year.
In addition, you can organize shows twice a year under the title of ‘Miss Globe National Fashion Show’.
It is important to organize two separate fashion shows, spring-summer and autumn-winter, for the sustainability of your business.
Apart from this, you should also develop commercial businesses that include special invitations and hospitality according to customer demands.
This will be your new career and will provide you with sustainability.
While doing all this, do not forget to tax the income from another company under our brand but completely independent from us and whose shares are owned by you according to the laws of your own country.
Remember that the company you will establish must be in the 41st professional class, but its name must never include the phrase “Miss Globe” or “Miss Globe International”.
It must be established under another name and the right to use the Miss Globe brand must be obtained from the Franchise Agreement you will make with us. In addition, be sure to have additional financial liability insurance (“MGI”) for financial liabilities that may arise while fulfilling the commitments of the Miss Globe Organization. Pay the insurance installments in full on time.
Develop your solution partnerships with sponsors.
Develop and develop good relations with the national media to ensure that the Miss Globe National title holder is invited to events and receives media coverage. Educate your contestant about the Miss Globe Beauty Pageant and the responsibilities of being a title holder with information sheets and prepare them for the future.

Secondly, pay us an application fee of €1,000 to be used to cover the cost of background checks. Western Union is a good option to send this payment to us. In the description section of the payment receipt, indicate that this is a ‘license rental payment’ and make this amount legal by taxing it according to your own tax laws. This payment will be repeated every year. Remember that if you select a national participant during the year of operation, you will be responsible for paying an additional €1,000 for this participant to participate in the international competition under your country’s name.
Thirdly, a representative from a Miss Globe Organization will have a virtual meeting with you via whatsapp network and will approve or reject you to obtain this license. For this, please inform us of your whatsapp number where the meeting will be held.
TIMELINE:
Franchise applications opened on January 1, 2025.
Late applications will not be considered.
Virtual interviews will be scheduled shortly after we receive your application.
Final decisions will be made in April 2025.
New or extended licenses will be issued in the first quarter of the following year.
