Salmon sashimi, mango, spring onion, raspberries, sautéed asparagus, fresh mint topped with a mix of ponzu sauce, honey, raspberry vinegar and premium olive oil. Seasoned with Maldon salt and freshly ground pepper.

It’s been done before, however I always try to improve ❤️🍕
You actually can make a professional pizza if you buy a really good pizza dough. Mine from , I added a mixture of good tomato sauce and N’duja, fresh mozzarella from the same shop, salami, red onion and fresh basil 🌿. Turn the oven to 300 degrees for 8-9 minutes and then it’s done.

Well, I couldn’t bring back all of the Italian feeling, however Italian ice cream and a delicious Tuscan red-wine together with an impromptu salad consisting of lettuce, avocado, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, ham, bacon and hard boiled eggs certainly helped ❤️🇮🇹

The fridge contained a chicken breast, red onion, spring onions, avocado, fresh orange juice and hot mango chutney. I added fresh mint and coriander, ponzu sauce and basmati rice.

My “to go to” dinner: fresh raw salmon, avocado, spring onion topped with lumpfish row and ponzu sauce with coriander🌿
Just added sea salt, freshly ground pepper and a premium olive oil.
