25 years – what a journey!

This July, KS Conference & Incentive proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary.

What started in July 2001 as a small company arranging incentive trips and group travel has, over the years, grown into a trusted Professional Congress Organiser delivering complex national and international congresses with more than 1,000 delegates.

The journey has never been about being the biggest. It has been about building lasting relationships, delivering quality, paying attention to every detail, and earning the trust of our clients—one conference at a time.

None of this would have been possible without our clients, partners, suppliers, scientific committees, volunteers, and, of course, all the delegates who have chosen to work with us throughout these 25 years.

A special thank you goes to Kristin, who founded KS Conference & Incentive in July 2001. Through dedication, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to quality, she has guided the company from its very first project to where it stands today.

Twenty-five years is certainly a milestone worth celebrating.

Thank you for your trust, your collaboration, and for being part of our journey.

Bringing the World Together – For 25 Years
Over 700 delegates.
One city.
One unforgettable experience.

At KSCI, we had the privilege of delivering yet another World Congress, welcoming participants from across the globe.

From an official reception hosted by the Mayor of Oslo at the iconic Oslo City Hall, to a deeply moving congress dinner where a dementia choir performed — not a single eye remained dry.

These are the moments that define what we do.

This is just one glimpse into 25 years of international congresses, partnerships and shared experiences.

And we are just getting started.
