Since 1972, Wigt International is one of Europe’s leading agencies for various music styles, dance, theatre and other live entertainment. Wigt International operates as a live event promotion, booking and touring agency in more than 30 countries, in cooperation with hundreds local partners in Europe and beyond. The company has its headquarters in the Netherlands and branches in the United Kingdom, Germany and Turkey.

It all began with the jazz, when founder and pioneer Wim Wigt brought the biggest names from the American jazz scene for extensive tours and events to Europe and even to Japan, Korea, Africa and Australia. Wigt was responsible for countless tours with, among others, Art Blakey, Chet Baker, Stan Getz, Lionel Hampton, Freddy Hubbard, Dizzy Gillespie, Pharaoh Sanders, Tommy Emmanuel, Bill Wyman, Chris Barber, and more occasionally with B.B. King, Dionne Warwick, Chick Corea, George Benson, Buddy Guy, André Rieu, Chuck Berry, Nina Simone, Alan Parsons and The Hollies. They gave Wigt International the experience, network and international recognition for delivering quality entertainment.

Throughout the years quality always remained priority when the company broadened its offer to more different music styles and international dance and theatrical productions, such as the Chinese National Circus, Mother Africa, Magic of the Dance, Pasión de Buena Vista, The Chippendales, ABBA Gold - The Concert Show and The Cavern Beatles.
