Since 2004 The Garden of Vegan is serving vegan catering, with the goal of making dairy free food a desirable, ethical & delicious choice for everyone. Variety is what makes our menu's inclusive and appealing to all kind of people. It took us many years to master the secrets on how to prepare meat & cheese replacements, as well as 'saucy' veggie recipes. We have tried, we have failed, we have succeeded.. but we have always enjoyed the ride! Our golden rules is 'take your time'. Preparing good food is an experience that deserves savoring, and simply cannot be rushed. Everything we cook is home prepared, cared for from shopping to plating, and special attention is given to what the seasons have to offer. Just like our cuisine style, we have been 'all over the place'. It started in 2004 with the opening of the very first vegan cafe' in the ACU venue, Utrecht center. Then came Rampenplan, Waku Waku, VanPlanten, Vegan Bamboo Bar, Molen de Ster, Mr Vegan, small places, big places, weddings, birthday parties, festivals, tapas, high teas, private dinners.. After all we live in a big world, where there is always somewhere new to discover and new food to cook ❤
