We start the by hosting a study visit on good practices of adult 21st-century skills assessment and development in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Four days exciting programme offers visits and practice sharing in four :

🟢 the Rotterdam City Of Learning shares how Sanna op Zuid a start-up furniture company, supports skills development at their learning-practice centre. At Bibliotheek Rotterdam, adult learners can find digital and language activities.

🟠 Marlijn Academie offers flexible student learning pathways to achieve qualifications in a granular way using digital Open Badges. VIBE Nederland shares how they use the Cities of Learning platform to support adults in getting career-ready skills.

🔴 in the Ghent City of Learning, the Gentlestudent platform by Arteveldehogeschool offers many learning opportunities to develop skills in demand. The Bibliotheek De Krook hosts MakerSpace for digital making and maker skills.

🟣 the Antwerp City of Learning showcases how Atlas Antwerpen helps people with migrant and refugee backgrounds to develop integration skills.

Op dit moment verzorgen jongeren van Challenge Accepted de insta live en Rebecca Schlißke. Volg wat zij van plan zijn binnen hun project. Welke onderwerpen Europese jongeren hebben gekozen als belangrijk om de komende maanden op te pakken, zowel lokaal als internationaal.

Jongeren zullen internationaal de komende maanden in gesprek gaan over Migration, Mental Health, Digitalization, Sustainability, Youth unemployment, Participation. Afgelopen januari hebben jongeren gesproken over Feminism en equality.

Jongeren tussen de 14 en 26 jaar kunnen deelnemen aan deze maandelijkse events.

Voor dit project wordt Cities of Learning ingezet om jongeren challenges te laten spelen. Ontdek deze challenges, ontwikkeld door jongeren: https://lnkd.in/eR5e-n4c

In juni 2022 zal er in Nederland door diverse organisaties workshops worden gegeven rondom deze thema's en met gebruik van de challenges. Voor meer informatie hierover, of wil je zelf een workshop organiseren rondom deze challenges, laat het ons weten.

De internationale online training https://global.cityoflearning.eu/en/activities/11203 is van start gegaan! Met 6 jongeren en een coach uit Tilburg en omstreken. De training is een serie van 3 waarbij hopelijk we bij nummer 2 en 3 mogen reizen om elkaar in real life te ontmoeten!
