APPAM AND M***A CURRY ( HOPPERS WITH EGG CURRY)

A typical kerala dish and so comforting to the soul. Nothing beats a nice hot plate of appams with soothing spicy egg curry. Everytime I make this I am reminded of my roots from kerala and being married to a mallu makes me even more happy to try out these.

Starting kandykurries has been the best thing happened to me in 2021. Even thought I find it hard to post in Instagram these days. But to know that I am able to fulfill my dream of feeding authentic home cooked Indian meals to majority of people here brings me a lot of joy.
