The Earth Awareness Foundation - Raising consciousness
The Earth Awareness foundation was founded in 2006 with the aim of generating awareness that everything is interconnected. We are one. One with our fellow humans, one with the animals, the plants, the stones and the star system. Since that time we have been organizing countless events to support this goal. So we are a foundation, not a company.
The Earth Awareness Foundation has always supported Mark & Maya with the building of the Nature Temple. The aim of the foundation was to create a space where people could reconnect with their natural state of being and from there feel the connection with everything.

On the location countless retreats, gatherings, workshops, lectures and other events have been organized over the years. The purpose of these events is not primarily to make money, but to generate awareness. This approach continues throughout our entire organization.

Kom sfeer proeven in de NatuurTempel. 9 Augustus open middag tussen 13-16 uur!!
Wij zijn superblij met de grote en toenemende interesse in de NatuurTempel en begrijpen precies waarom we veel mails ontvangen van mensen met vragen over de constructie, de materialen, de samenwerkingen, de obstakels, de risico’s, de evenementen of de verhuur.

Mensen met soortgelijke dromen die het wel eens met eigen ogen willen zien of mensen die hongerig zijn naar achtergronden en motieven. Het gedachtengoed leeft, dichter bij de natuur met een kleinere footprint, off grid, creatief en echt anders dan we gewend zijn in Nederland. Hier vind je het allemaal.

Sinds 2001 leven (lees wonen & werken) we hier op de ritmes van de seizoenen en in de flow van creativiteit.

How can I integrate the experience best?
A psychedelic experience takes time to integrate, therefore we highly recommend to continue to avoid alcohol, drugs, (red) meat and sexual interaction for a while after the ceremony has taken place. Make sure that you don´t have much planned till even a few days after the ceremony, keep life as relaxed as possible. Connect to nature and take good care of yourself. The effects of the ceremony can last for another few days or even weeks. To process the whole experience even can take years. Know, that if you booked a ceremony or retreat, you will receive a detailed info mail about a good integration. If you have doubts concerning your health or well-being afterward, always feel free to contact us.

Preparing for Psy-Fi festival:
At a festival everybody loves a good massage, and how wonderful that you can learn
from the best how to give a pleasant and relaxing massage with this workshop.
Ramona will teach you how a pleasant massage should feel. You will unlearn to pinch
and learn to massage. She will take you on a journey into the world of touch with care and compassion and teach you about the differences of a firm and soft massage.
During the workshop you will work together with another participant, and you will
massage a part of the body (arm, head or back), where it is important to feel what you do and to learn from the other what is pleasant and to respect boundaries in touch and personal preferences.

The massage is always with kindness and attention for one another. Of course, you will not be a professional therapist after this workshop, but you will know how to give a pleasant relaxing massage with care and compassion.
Especially after all the social distancing from the last couple of years, where we lost
touch in making human contact, this workshop is an effective way to reconnect and to feel. With this workshop Ramona will learn you one of the most beautiful forms of
communication: Touch with compassion.

The extra ingredient is that you will learn to make contact with another person’s
personal space and comfort zone as well as learning to show your own boundaries vice versa.

Ramona is one of the Earth Awareness team facilitators and a warm
and gentle spirit. Her relaxing chair massages are a blessing for all
participants and really compliments the retreats. If you are in need
of some relaxation in the body’s muscles or a soothing touch to
realine your body’s energy field, her hands will find the way. She
loves to share her passion and teach you how to massage with
compassion and attention.

Preparing for Psy-Fi festival. Many team members of Earth Awareness-Nature Temple will join the festival this year in Germany. Like Kristjan Schwartz:
Kristjan will talk about the historical, social and spiritual importance of symbolism and
decorating the body for the purpose of entertainment, spiritual growth and social
interaction as humans. We are a tribe and tribes have developed different styles of
expression through symbolism, a deep historical connection echoing through the ages.
Communication is one of the important pillars but we must not forget that the sheer
joy of decorating oneself, as you might have experienced it when decorating oneself it
can bring something extra to the whole. Make-up and even characterization of certain
archetypes for instance the “clown” or the “shaman” who use the art of “make-up” or
symbolism to tell us more about ourselves. This inadvertently also belongs to the
Psytrance scene as many dancers, listeners, DJ’s and enthusiasts decorate themselves
for the party and the magical feeling on the dancefloor or at the DJ booth. look at the
symbols like the mushroom, tetrahedragon, fractals, peace sign and the Ohm symbol.
Kristjan is a tattoo-artist and tattooshop owner with over 25 years of experience in the
tattoo scene, handpoked and electric tattooing in combination with spiritual
ceremonies and human history. He is a great fan of decorating himself in both spiritual
and “party” mode, shamanism and animism both are used to express himself and give
others a magical expierence.
You might have seen him at Psyfi in the early years in Groningen and Leeuwarden as a
bodypainter and entertainer on the dancefloor with his leafman suit.
