Wij organiseren whiskyproeverijen in combinatie met live muziek (met Singer/songwriter Dan Vanhoudt). Elke whisky die er wordt geproefd wordt door een nummer begeleid. Anders dan andere proeverijen die vaak erg theoretisch van aard zijn is ons streven lekkere goede whisky proeven in een relaxte muzikale en ongedwongen sfeer... Slainte Mhath!!

Finally opening another bottle from And what a bottle it is — a 10-year-old Clynelish matured in a first-fill PX hogshead. What a match. This spirit works incredibly well with the influence of such an active cask. And bottled at 52.6% too — absolutely delicious.

Check out photo two as well. That was the Adelphi lineup I had the chance to taste back in 2010, when Alex Bruce himself hosted a tasting for our Whiskyfriend Frans. My god, those Glenallachie and Aultmore bottlings were incredible. And finishing with a super fruity Bowmore… a tasting I’ll never forget.

As you can tell, Adelphi holds a special place in my heart. The bottles are often pricey, but I almost blindly trust that whatever’s inside will be outstanding. Hopefully I’ll be adding a few more to the collection soon.
