Very late post, but a little snippet of some of the dishes for a walking dinner catering for Women’s Day at .hv

Is was a honor to be a part of that amazing event and meet many amazing and powerful women 💪🏾🥰

Had my wingwoman from om IG(who also gave an inspiring workshop💪🏾🔥) helping me out in the kitchen. And my mom was enjoying the food and seeing me do what I love 😁

A simple sandwich with so much flavor 🤤🤤

A grilled zucchini/tomato/feta spread with roast beef and arugula.

So I’ve been trying to stay away from carbs (as much as possible 🤣), but I’ve been dreaming about making this sandwich for days!! Soooo… safe to say I gave into my craving 😌

• Ciabatta, arugula, pan seared chicken breast 🐓 oven baked eggplant 🍆 semi sun dried tomatoes 🍅 a sprinkle of feta cheese 🧀 and a dash of sriracha mayo for a little spice
